.GUT At Airport 1 is an innovative collaboration center where 14 startups join forces to develop urban solutions for the city of the future. Over 20,000 m2 of laboratories, production facilities, offices, workshop rooms, a large team kitchen, and event spaces.

.GUT At Airport 1 is the former air cargo hall at Berlin-Tegel Airport TXL. The industrial monument was renovated by GRAFT Architects (BRLO Brewhouse, Admiralspalast) and Studio Aisslinger (25hours Hotel).

The venue is particularly suitable for organizers and organizations looking for the perfect context for topics around sustainability.

Several rooms are available. Additionally, GUT At Airport 1 has media technology, its own catering company BRLO Brewhouse, and various furniture settings.

This special place is simultaneously urban Berlin, offsite, and a place of nostalgia.

Public transportation is available right outside the entrance.

.GUT At Airport 1 is suitable for a number of guests ranging from 10 to 1,000 people.

Rathenauhalle_Halle 34 is directly connected to Rathenauhalle_Halle 33, through large industrial doors. The historic roof provides tons of daylight. One of its main features is the sheer size of the hall. 

The entire ensemble offers many additional rooms for break-out sessions. Both halls provide plenty of electricity.

The Rathenauhallen are the vision of a famous Berlin engineer, named Emil Rathenau. Having seen the lightbulbs of Thomas Edison at the Electricity Fair in Paris, he secured the rights and introduced the bulbs to Germany, which proved to be a great success! 

In order to use the modern lights, people needed electricity which Emil delivered. He founded Berlin's first Startup, the AEG, right here, in these halls and grew it to world-wide success. 

The former transformer factory started as the birthplace of electricity for Berlin. Today, these halls continue to be a hub for progress, as home to large scale events, like yours.

The lounge is on the first floor of the Rathenauhall buildings. The former financial offices of the AEG are filled with daylight, due to huge windows in the ceiling and walls. Enjoy the view of the Spree river, as well as the Spree meadow areas, which are available for use. 

The rough charm of the lounge is the perfect backdrop for especially beautiful settings and this specific historical aspect of Berlin, is a rare find.

The Spreehalle Berlin, constructed around 1910 and designed by Peter Behrens and Ernst Ziesel, is a charming sand-colored clinker building. Its ground floor has been beautifully modernized by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Bryan Adams, earning the Otto-Borst Prize for Urban Renewal in 2018.

With a spacious 210-square-meter area and a 7-meter-high ceiling, the hall is ideal for smaller conferences, workshops, film and photo productions, or concerts. It features natural light from ceiling windows and north and south-facing windows, all of which can be darkened if needed, along with storage areas that can be separated by curtains.

The Spreehalle includes a small outdoor area and an adjoining kitchen. The venue is heated and offers extensive technical facilities, including power, high voltage power, and Wi-Fi.

Perfect for: small conferences, workshops, casual events, photo/film shoots, exhibitions, and concerts.
